The Hyundai Ioniq AE (2016-2019), available in Hybrid, Plug-in Hybrid, and Electric variants on the same body, has a central tunnel dedicated exclusively to high-voltage cable routing and structural stiffening — not a mechanical driveshaft. The tray-style protectors cover the floor evenly, insulating the high-voltage cables in the tunnel and the ultra-precise sensors under the seats from moisture, which are critical for the proper functioning of the eco-platform's safety systems.

3 cm high side walls
The 3 cm side walls form a continuous tray around the Ioniq AE's HV cable tunnel, preventing moisture from reaching the sensitive electrical components of the eco-platform in any of the three available propulsion variants.
Cutting along guide lines
Guide lines allow precise cutting to the contour of the Ioniq AE's floor, including around the central HV cable tunnel and the base of the organ-style pedal, without affecting the electrical integrity of the eco-platform.
Velcro fastening system
The Velcro fastening system keeps the blue tray-style mats perfectly aligned on the floor of the Ioniq 2016-2019, without lateral movement and without exerting pressure on the high-voltage cables in the central tunnel.
