The adjustable universal floor mats for the BMW 3 Series F31 Touring can be cut to the shape of the L7 platform floor with the same wheelbase as the F30 Sedan (2810 mm), with the front cabin completely identical — including the electronic organ-style accelerator pedal with a 6-pin connector underneath it. The rear body structure of the F31 is reinforced compared to the F30 to support the additional load and tailgate, which may slightly influence the routing of cables through the sills. The rear floor mats adapt by cutting to the F31 Touring cabin, with attention to the central piece in the area of the central tunnel.
