Note for Leon 1P (2005-2012): The wipers rest vertically in the side pillars of the windshield – they require specific blades and extra care during installation. Do not manually pull them from the pillars without putting the car in service mode.

Note for rear wiper (Ibiza, Leon): 250-300mm plastic blade – Seat has changed the design of the rear arm several times between generations, check the correct attachment.

How do I activate service position on my Seat?

On Seat Leon, Ateca, or Tarraco, you cannot lift the arms without this procedure:

• Turn the ignition on and then off.
• Within 10 seconds, press the wiper stalk down and hold it for 2 seconds.
• The wipers will stop vertically on the windshield.
• To return: Turn the ignition on and briefly operate the stalk.
